E turned 11 months yesterday. I feel like I say this every month, but it's true, I just can't believe he is getting so big. I have been looking through all of his old pictures lately and my heart aches with how much he has grown up.
In the past month he has been...
hiking
road tripping
camping
eating lots of peaches
running away from diaper changes
learning to throw food etc. off his high chair tray
sleeping much better (12+ hours each night)
loving our friend's cats and dogs
He still has cheeks.
He is growing up so fast. Part of me is so excited for him to grow up; for his little personality to emerge, for him to walk, talk, and to discover the joys in the world around him. But there is another part of me that aches to hold the little newborn I brought home from the hospital 11 months ago. Time goes too fast. I need to slow down and soak in every minute of my little boy.

Where did you get his shoes?? Kaden's feet are too fat for closed-toed shoes and those look like they're roomy. Let me know somehow (FB, blog, etc) because I'm really interested. He's such a cutie!
