New Toy

We got a new blender.  We are in LOVE with it.
Now that we have it, and it's powerful enough to actually blend stuff,
we are in LOVE with green smoothies.

This recipe is my favorite.  You would NEVER know there was spinach in it.

1 cup green grapes
1 large slice of pineapple
1 slice of lime (with peel)
1 large handful of spinach (we put about 3 LARGE ones)
1/4 of an apple
1/2 banana
1 tsp. Agave nectar or honey
1 1/2 cups of ice

Seriously SO good!

Weve never met(I dont think) but Mike and my husband Zach Vance are friends. Your little boy is adorable and Ive been looking for good smoothie ideas with lots of nutrients because my almost 2 year old will not eat vegetables. Thanks for the recipe.

Of course I don't mind! :) I've been using a 3-pack of Circo brand blankets I bought at Target. They are thin flannel and are 40 inches square, the biggest receiving blankets I could find. Most other swaddling blankets are about 30 inches square. By about 6.5 months Drennan was big enough that I could only really swaddle his arms (he was too long for me to pull the bottom corner of the blanket up over his legs) but by that time it didn't really matter. It's really the arms (I've found) that need the swaddling. :)

I couldn't find the blankets I have on target.com, but here's a picture of them from another site:

Just look for anything 40 inches square. Drennan's almost 20 pounds now and the blankets are still big enough that I could swaddle him... he's just too strong now to keep him that way. :) Good luck!
