I can't believe its here already!
I am sad to see summer leave, I'm going to miss relaxing and enjoying the carefree feeling that comes with the summer months. However, now that fall has finally arrived in Utah I could not be happier. I love the colors that come with fall and the crisp clean feeling of the cool air. There is a feeling of excitement that comes when fall arrives. Excitement for the holidays, snow, bundling up in your favorite sweater or jacket, drinking hot chocolate and so much more!
The hills have been dotted with color for a few weeks and Michael and I have been talking about driving up into the mountains just to get away and enjoy the change in season. Between General Conference sessions on Sunday we finally did it. We had been cooped up inside for two days and decided to take a quick break. We headed up Provo Canyon and drove the Alpine Loop.
It was so beautiful! We had a lot of fun, it was the perfect break between sessions of conference.

I adore fall! Sounds like such a fun break, and the pictures are beautiful! I will miss seeing you every day so you will have to update your blog more so I know what's going on!

Thats kind of a tradition of my family's...to take a drive between conference sessions and check out the fall colors in the canyon.
